	Description Temperature and humidity represent two fundamental variables in meteorology, micro-climatology and in many industrial processes. Monitoring of these parameters allows to optimise several production phases, and also to guarantee an adequate climatic comfort inside public places - hospitals, schools, theatres -, to preserve the inestimable riches of museums, picture-galleries and libraries, so as the goods stored in warehouses or the food-stuffs inside the markets.
Our Hygrothermograph is designed as a simple, accurate and reliable instrument for measuring and recording the simultaneous variations of ambient temperature and humidity, operating independently from the external power supply. At a lower cost than any electronic equipment producing comparable measurements, our self-contained mechanical instruments - without further accessories - satisfy all field application needs and come from the factory individually inspected and calibrated.
Features OPERATING: any change of the variables is measured by sensors, magnified by levers and transmitted to the recording device, graphing on a paper chart. SENSORS: measuring elements are a temperature-sensitive bimetallic strip and a humidity-sensitive double hair band, featured with excellent reliability, accuracy and strength. Their position inside the instrument allows both safe protection and good air circulation, to ensure a rapid response in any operating condition. RECORDING: two fibre tipped pens record separately on the chart the changes of the measured parameters. Recording paper is a simple-to-read document, that can be analysed, filed and used to certify the variations of temperature and humidity. POWER SUPPLY: chart movement and recording period are controlled by a built-in precision clockwork, that is available as mechanical - spring wound - or electronic model - 1,5V battery operated. NO ACCESSORY: our Hygrothermograph is a self-contained instrument: in other words, all operating functions are immediately available without expensive accessories. USER'S CHOICES: we offer a wide range of models with the same highest performances, to satisfy most applications. User can freely choose the temperature range, the type of clockwork and - very important - the recording period. For long term utilisations the two months model HTB is highly recommended.
